Article 46. Certificate and badge of the President, deputy of Parliament, maslikhats, certificate of akim and member of other local government body of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

      1. Upon the assumption of office by the President of the Republic, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission hands over to the President the appropriate certificate and badge of the pattern established by the Central Election Commission.

     2. After the publication in the mass media of the results of the election of deputies of the Parliament of the Republic, the Central Election Commission shall hand over to each deputy a certificate and a badge of the pattern established by it.

     3. The relevant territorial election commission after the publication of the list in the mass media:

     1) deputies of maslikhats - issues to each of them the certificate of the deputy of maslikhat and the breastplate of the sample established by the Central Election Commission;

     2) akims, members of other local self–government bodies - issues to each of them a certificate of akim, a member of another local self-government body of the sample established by the Central Election Commission.
