The criminal case proceedings are completed from the moment:

1) the entry into force of the resolution on the complete termination of criminal proceedings;

2) the entry into force of a verdict or other final decision in the case, if it does not require special measures to enforce it.;

3) receiving confirmation of the execution of the sentence or other final decision in the case, if it requires the adoption of special measures for its execution.
