Article 46. Secondment of an employee of the Law Enforcement Service Act

     1. The secondment of an employee is carried out by order of the head of a law enforcement agency or an authorized head who has the right to appoint to the appropriate positions.

     In this case, the appointment of an employee to a position is made from the day of his secondment.

     2. The grounds for secondment are the employee's report and a written request from the law enforcement agency that accepts the service.

     3. The deadline for making a decision on secondment of an employee should not exceed one month from the date of receipt of a written request from the receiving law enforcement agency.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 6, 2011 No. 380-IV.

     This Law regulates public relations related to admission to the law enforcement service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status (status), financial support and social protection of law enforcement officers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
