Article 47. Digital confirmation of the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Digital confirmation is an action of a subject of the digital environment expressing consent or other expression of will, performed after passing digital authentication using digital technologies.
2. Digital confirmations include codes, passwords, one-time digital identifiers, push notifications, biometric confirmations, digital entries in distributed registries, and other means generated and sent by digital systems to:
1) cellular subscriber devices, including those registered on the Digital Government web portal;
2) Instant messaging services;
3) Email;
4) distributed digital objects and other systems.
3. Digital confirmation may be used by the subject of the digital environment in cases established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or by agreement of the parties.
4. The digital confirmation is not an electronic digital signature and does not ensure the authenticity and immutability of the content of the digital record.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
