Article 493. Allowing the owner of the dwelling or other persons in charge of the dwellings, buildings and (or) premises to register individuals who do not actually live with them, or failure to take measures to de-register individuals who are registered and do not live in dwellings, buildings and (or) premises owned by the owner or located in under the jurisdiction of other persons, or allowing individuals to reside without registering the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses
1. Registration of individuals who do not actually reside in dwellings, buildings and (or) premises owned by the owner or other persons under whose jurisdiction the dwellings, buildings and (or) premises are located, –
entails a fine for individuals in the amount of ten, for small businesses or non–profit organizations – in the amount of fifteen, for medium–sized businesses - in the amount of twenty-five, for large businesses - in the amount of fifty monthly calculation indices.
2. The act provided for in the first part of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –
entails a fine for individuals in the amount of twenty, for small businesses or non–profit organizations – in the amount of thirty, for medium-sized businesses - in the amount of fifty, for large businesses – in the amount of one hundred monthly calculation indices.
3. Failure by the owner of the dwelling or other persons in charge of the dwellings, buildings and (or) premises to de-register individuals who are registered and do not live in dwellings, buildings and (or) premises owned by the owner or under the jurisdiction of other persons, –
entails a fine for individuals in the amount of five, for small businesses or non–profit organizations – in the amount of fifteen, for medium–sized businesses - in the amount of twenty-five, for large businesses - in the amount of forty-five monthly calculation indices.
4. The act provided for in the third part of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –
entails a fine for individuals in the amount of ten, for small businesses or non–profit organizations – in the amount of twenty, for medium–sized businesses - in the amount of forty, for large businesses - in the amount of eighty monthly calculation indices.
5. The admission by the landlord (landlord) of individuals living without registration in dwellings, buildings and (or) premises owned by the owner or managed by other persons, –
entails a fine for individuals in the amount of ten, for small businesses or non–profit organizations – in the amount of fifteen, for medium–sized businesses - in the amount of twenty-five, for large businesses - in the amount of fifty monthly calculation indices.
6. The act provided for in part five of this Article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, –
entails a fine for individuals in the amount of twenty, for small businesses or non–profit organizations – in the amount of thirty, for medium-sized businesses - in the amount of fifty, for large businesses – in the amount of one hundred monthly calculation indices.
