Article 5. Freedom of entrepreneurship of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. Everyone has the right to freedom of entrepreneurial activity, the free use of their property for any legitimate entrepreneurial activity.

     2. Business entities have the right to carry out any type of entrepreneurial activity that is not prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
