1. The object of forest legal relations is the forest fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which includes the lands of the forest fund, forest resources and useful properties of forests.

2. The objects of forest legal relations are used taking into account the multifunctional value of forests on a fee basis in accordance with the procedure established by this Code and the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
