8) assistance in the formation of a healthy lifestyle and healthy diet;

9) priorities of preventive orientation in the activities of the healthcare system;

10) accessibility of medical care;

11) continuous improvement of the quality of medical care;

12) participation of public associations in ensuring the rights of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to health protection;

13) ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population;

14) continuity of the activities of healthcare entities in the provision of medical care;

15) ensuring the continuity and continuity of educational activities in the field of healthcare using modern educational technologies;

16) state support for domestic medical and pharmaceutical science, the introduction of advanced scientific and technological achievements in the field of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and medical rehabilitation, innovative developments of new medicines and technologies, as well as world experience in the field of healthcare;
