1. Prevention involves early identification of social risks of an economic, physiological, industrial, demographic nature and elimination of the causes and conditions contributing to their occurrence.

2. Preventive measures to reduce social risks are carried out by government agencies, public organizations, employers, and citizens in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
