Article 51-2. Procedure for inclusion and exclusion of software manufacturers from the Register of the Law on Industrial Policy

     1. The software produced in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and included in the register of trusted software and products of the electronic industry in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is equated to goods of Kazakhstani origin.

     2. The procedure for confirming the Kazakhstani software manufacturer for inclusion in the register is determined by the authorized body in the field of informatization.

     3. The authorized body in the field of informatization conducts quarterly monitoring of Kazakhstani software manufacturers listed in the register and notifies the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry of its results.

     4. The inclusion and exclusion of Kazakhstani software manufacturers from the register is carried out by the authorized body in the field of state stimulation of industry on the basis of a notification from the authorized body in the field of informatization.

     5. Kazakhstani software manufacturers have the right to appeal the notification to the authorized body in the field of informatization within thirty calendar days from the date of exclusion from the register.

This Law establishes the fundamental principles of industrial policy and regulates public relations that arise during the formation and implementation of industrial policy.
