1. The public key of an electronic digital signature is digital data intended to confirm the authenticity of an electronic digital signature.

2. An electronic digital signature private key is digital data intended for creating an electronic digital signature using electronic digital signature tools.

3. The private keys of an electronic digital signature are the property of the persons who legally own them.

A person may have several certificates of electronic digital signature public keys and their corresponding private keys.

The transfer of private keys to other persons, as well as the use of private keys by other persons are not allowed.

It is allowed to store private keys in the certification center in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
