Article 52. Adjournment of the Constitutional Court session. The Constitutional Law On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The session of the Constitutional Court may be interrupted in the following cases::

     1) absence of a quorum;

     2) the non-appearance of participants in the constitutional proceedings and other persons whose attendance is recognized as mandatory;

     3) the need to request additional materials if they are essential for the resolution of the appeal;

     4) the presence of other circumstances, if they cannot be eliminated during the meeting.

     2. In the event of a break in the session of the Constitutional Court, the participants will be notified.
