1. Employees (officers) of special state bodies (with the exception of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as discharged officers) who have been discharged from the reserve are subject to registration of reserve officers of special state bodies in the territorial national security bodies and the authorized body in the field of foreign intelligence.

2. Employees who have been discharged from service are subject to enlistment in the reserve of local military authorities.:

1) from among the enlisted and non-commissioned personnel;

1-1) from among the students in connection with the expulsion from a military or special educational institution, with the exception of undergraduates, doctoral students and adjuncts who were expelled from a military, special educational institution or educational organization of a foreign state;

2) from the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) for negative reasons;

4) due to non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 13, 2012 No. 552-IV.

This Law defines the status of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as special state bodies), regulates public relations related to admission to service in special state bodies, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status, financial support and social protection of employees of special state bodies.
