Article 548. Pre-trial investigation of the candidate for President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, candidate for Deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The pre-trial investigation of cases against a candidate for President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a candidate for deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out according to the same rules as in relation to a deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the specifics provided for in part two of this article.
2. Consent to the deprivation of immunity of a candidate for President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a candidate for deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan is requested from the Central Election Commission.
