Article 56. The procedure for determining the land share in common shared ownership or in common shared land use of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. If the size of the land shares of participants in common shared ownership (common shared land use) on a plot cannot be determined on the basis of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is not established by agreement of all its participants, the land shares are considered equal.
2. By agreement of all participants in common shared ownership (common shared land use), the procedure for determining and changing their land shares may be established depending on the contribution of each of them to the acquisition and development of a common land plot.
