1. A trusted third party of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a digital system that, within the framework of cross–border interaction, confirms the authenticity of a foreign electronic digital signature and an electronic digital signature issued on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The rules for registration and termination of interaction of certification centers, trusted third parties of foreign countries with a trusted third party of the Republic of Kazakhstan are approved by the authorized body.

3. The rules for verifying the authenticity of an electronic digital signature by a trusted third party of the Republic of Kazakhstan are approved by the authorized body.
