1. An electronic digital signature public key certificate is a digital record certified by an electronic digital signature of a certification center, which serves to confirm the compliance of an electronic digital signature with the requirements established by this Code.

2. The owner of the electronic digital signature public key certificate is the individual or legal entity in whose name the electronic digital signature public key certificate was issued, who lawfully owns the private key corresponding to the public key specified in the electronic digital signature public key certificate.

3. The holder of an electronic digital signature public key certificate has the right to require the certifying center to revoke the electronic digital signature public key certificate in accordance with this Code and the rules for issuing, storing, and revoking an electronic digital signature certificate by the certifying center approved by the authorized body.

4. The holder of the electronic digital signature public key certificate is obliged to take measures to protect the electronic digital signature private key belonging to him from unauthorized access and use.

5. The private key and the corresponding electronic digital signature public key certificate issued by the certifying center for the digital system are installed in the digital system, and its owner ensures safety, safe use and protection from unauthorized access.
