Article 59. Revocation of the certificate of the public key of the electronic digital signature of the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The certifying center that issued the electronic digital signature public key certificate revokes it on the basis of a corresponding notification in the following cases::

1) at the request of the holder of the electronic digital signature public key certificate in accordance with the procedure determined by the certifying center;

2) upon establishing the fact of submitting false information or an incomplete set of documents upon receipt of the electronic digital signature public key certificate;

3) death of the owner of the electronic digital signature public key certificate;

4) changes in the surname, first name, or patronymic (if it is indicated in the identity document) of the holder of the electronic digital signature public key certificate;

5) change of the head, change of the name, reorganization, liquidation of the legal entity – the owner of the certificate of the public key of the electronic digital signature;

6) by a court decision that has entered into force.

2. The certifying center revokes the electronic digital signature public key certificate in accordance with the procedure and terms defined by the rules for issuing, storing, and revoking an electronic digital signature certificate by the certifying center.
