Article 590. Vehicle insurance of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Unless otherwise provided by the lease agreement for a vehicle with a crew, the obligation to insure the vehicle and/or insure liability for damage that may be caused by it or in connection with its operation is assigned to the lessor in cases where such insurance is mandatory.
