Article 6. Equality of business entities of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. Business entities are equal before the law and the court, regardless of their form of ownership and any other circumstances.

     2. Business entities have equal opportunities in carrying out entrepreneurial activities.
