1. The formation and verification of the authenticity of an electronic digital signature is carried out in accordance with the rules for the formation and verification of the authenticity of an electronic digital signature.

2. The authority to sign on behalf of a legal entity (branches and representative offices) is verified by the digital system in which the signing is carried out through the authorization verification service of the root certification center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. In order to ensure the trust and uniformity of electronic document verification, the authorized body provides an electronic document verification service.

4. A digital system in which electronic documents are signed using an electronic digital signature provides the ability to verify such signatures through an open service provided by the owner of the system.

5. If, in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a document signed by a legal entity (branch and representative office) is subject to a seal, an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature of an employee of a legal entity authorized to sign such a document in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is recognized as equivalent to a paper document signed with a handwritten signature and stamped.
