Article 61. Ownership of real estate located on a common land plot of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. The owner of real estate located on a common land plot has the right to own, use and dispose of this real estate at his discretion, including demolishing the relevant buildings (structures), if this does not contradict the terms of use of the common land plot established by a legislative act of the Republic of Kazakhstan or an agreement.

     2. Upon transfer of ownership of real estate located on a common land plot to another person, he/she, unless otherwise established by this Code, acquires the right to the land plot to the same extent as the former owner of the property.
