Article 611. Recognition and enforcement of sentences of international judicial institutions CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The recognition and enforcement of sentences of international judicial institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the acceptance of persons sentenced to imprisonment by such courts, are carried out in accordance with the rules of this Code on the basis of an international treaty of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
