1. The technology of information modeling of construction objects is used in architectural, urban planning and construction activities in accordance with the list of types of construction objects approved by the authorized body for architecture, urban Planning and construction, during the creation and operation of which its use is mandatory.

2. The requirements for the process of managing information about a construction site using information modeling technology for construction sites, including the requirements for the composition of digital models at the stages of the life cycle of a construction site, are determined by state regulatory documents.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
