1. A digital document is an intangible digital representation of reliable information generated in a digital environment based on data contained in national registers at the time of request or presentation.

2. A digital document confirms the legally significant facts and information contained therein that are necessary for obtaining government and other services, making transactions or implementing other legal relations.

3. A digital document is certified by an electronic digital signature of the relevant state body in cases where it is subject to presentation or verification by third parties.

4. The digital document service operator is responsible for the correctness of the formation and technical integrity of the digital document when it is presented.

5. When receiving payment and financial services, digital identity documents are used by financial and payment organizations and presented to them through the digital document service upon personal request (presence) of individuals.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
