1. Digital information – data contained in national registers and other state digital resources used to verify facts, rights and obligations without issuing a separate document.

2. The use of digital information in legal relations is equivalent to the presentation of a digital document, if their authenticity can be confirmed at the time of presentation through the digital document service.

3. Government agencies and other entities with access to national registers are required to obtain the necessary information directly from reference data sources without requesting documents from a person if such information is contained in national registers.

4. Access of third parties to digital information through the digital document service is carried out with the user's consent in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body, with mandatory protection of personal data.
