1. The state urban planning cadastre is maintained according to a unified system of collection, processing, accounting, registration, registration (filling), inventory, storage and provision of information and (or) information on objects of architectural, urban planning and construction activities throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The activity of maintaining the state urban planning cadastre belongs to the state monopoly and is carried out by the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management, established by decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The prices of goods (works, services) specified in the first part of this paragraph shall be established by the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction in coordination with the antimonopoly authority.

3. Collection, processing, accounting, registration, entry (filling), inventory, storage and provision of information and (or) information of the state urban cadastre are carried out through remote sensing methods, ground surveys and observations, inventory of engineering communications, the use of stock data, as well as information obtained through information interaction with the digital system the state urban planning cadastre.

4. The accounting units of the state urban planning cadastre are existing, under construction and projected objects of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, assigned in accordance with the established procedure to the subjects of architectural, urban planning and construction activities.

For each object of architectural, urban planning and construction activity, a spatial reference is fixed, which makes it possible to determine its exact location (cadastral number of the land plot (if any), area, scale, coordinate systems).

5. The list of activities technologically related to the production of goods, works, and services related to the maintenance of the state urban planning cadastre is approved by the authorized body for architecture, urban Planning, and construction in coordination with the antimonopoly authority.

Prices for activities technologically related to the production of goods, works, and services related to the maintenance of the state urban planning cadastre are set by the state monopoly entity in coordination with the authorized body for architecture, urban planning, and construction.
