Article 65. Establishment and publication of the results of the election of the President of the Republic of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The Central Election Commission, based on the protocols of the territorial election commissions, shall establish the results of the presidential election no later than seven days after the election and adopt a corresponding resolution.
2. The candidate is considered to be the elected President of the Republic:
1) who received more than fifty percent of the votes of the voters who took part in the voting;
2) who won a higher number of votes of the voters who took part in the voting during the repeat voting compared to another candidate;
3) excluded by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/14/2004 No. 545.
3. Other issues related to the establishment and publication of the results of the election of the President of the Republic are resolved in accordance with the rules established in the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
