Article 65. Redirection of an appeal to an authorized administrative body, official Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. An appeal received by an administrative body or an official whose authority does not include consideration of this appeal shall be forwarded to the authorized administrative body or official within three working days from the date of its receipt, with simultaneous notification (notification) of the participant in the administrative procedure.

     2. One or more petitions and demands contained in an appeal received by an administrative body or an official whose authority does not include their consideration are forwarded to the authorized administrative body or official within three working days from the date of receipt, with simultaneous notification (notification) of the participant in the administrative procedure.

     3. An administrative procedure is initiated by an authorized administrative body or official in accordance with the procedure established by this Code upon the redirected request or part of it.
