Article 66. Fire safety requirements for the operation, storage, transportation, application and implementation of technical regulation and standardization facilities in the field of fire safety of the Law on Civil Protection
During operation, storage, transportation, application and implementation of technical regulation and standardization facilities in the field of fire safety, the requirements for:
1) organizational and technical measures to ensure fire safety;
2) ways to evacuate people;
3) ensuring the safety of people and the procedure in case of fire;
4) equipment and working condition of engineering systems;
5) the equipment and working condition of fire automation systems, their maintenance and removal to places with permanent staff;
6) equipment and working condition of fire fighting equipment;
7) preventing the spread of fire;
8) ensuring the possibility of extinguishing a fire;
9) maintenance of territories, buildings and structures, premises;
10) ensuring the conduct of emergency rescue operations during fire extinguishing.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of carrying out civil protection measures and is aimed at preventing and eliminating natural and man-made emergencies and their consequences, providing emergency medical and psychological assistance to the population in the emergency zone, ensuring fire and industrial safety, and also defines the main tasks and organizational principles of building and the functioning of the civil defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of, storage and use of the state material reserve, organization and activities of emergency services and formations.
