1. The notification of subjects of the digital environment is carried out digitally through a single notification point.

2. A single notification point is a government digital facility that allows targeted mailing of notifications from government agencies to digital facilities, a cellular subscriber device and/or e–mail, including when providing government services, and provides guaranteed delivery and storage of information about delivery statuses.

3. Notifications from a single point of notification are considered delivered if there is information about the fact of their proper delivery.
