1. The submission of information from the state urban planning cadastre is carried out in accordance with the rules for maintaining and providing information and (or) information from the state urban planning cadastre.

2. The data of the state urban planning cadastre are subject to use when:

1) development and implementation of urban planning and architectural and construction documentation, including urban planning projects;

2) development and modification of objects of architectural, urban planning and construction activities;

3) assessment of investment activity;

4) the issuance of source materials and permits;

5) implementation of architectural and construction control and supervision, environmental protection;

6) provision of compulsory services to individuals and legal entities by subjects of natural monopolies, quasi-public sector in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7) urban planning as a tool for monitoring and accounting for the placement of architectural, urban planning and construction activities on the territory of an administrative-territorial unit;

8) registration and de-registration of civil defense defenses.

3. Individuals and legal entities use the data of the state urban planning cadastre in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Information from the state urban planning cadastre that does not contain state secrets or other restrictions is provided to interested individuals and legal entities on a fee basis. The submission of information from the state urban planning cadastre to state bodies, subjects of natural monopolies, and the quasi-public sector providing mandatory services to individuals and legal entities, as well as organizations providing mandatory services, is carried out free of charge at the expense of budgetary funds provided for these purposes.

4. The basic subjects of the state urban planning cadastre, determined by the rules for maintaining and providing information and (or) information from the state urban planning cadastre, are responsible for the quality, reliability and completeness of information and (or) information entered into the automated digital system of the state urban planning cadastre.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
