 1. Employees enjoy the right of priority provision of living space from the state housing stock.

2. Employees, as well as persons dismissed from service in law enforcement agencies, have the right to privatize their occupied official housing in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations".

3. Employees (with the exception of cadets) and their family members are provided with housing for the duration of their service at the expense of budgetary funds in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations".

4. In the event of the death of an employee in the performance of official duties, the family of the deceased has the right to receive, no later than one year from the date of his death, living space from the state housing stock on the terms and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 6, 2011 No. 380-IV.

This Law regulates public relations related to admission to the law enforcement service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status (status), financial support and social protection of law enforcement officers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
