Article 681. Consequences of the impossibility of achieving a result in the contract for development and technological work of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     If, during the course of the development and technological work, it is discovered that it is not the fault of the contractor that it is impossible or impractical to continue the work, the customer is obliged to pay the costs incurred by the contractor.
