Article 683. Contract for the provision of paid services of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Under the contract for the provision of paid services, the contractor undertakes to provide services on behalf of the customer (perform certain actions or carry out certain activities), and the customer undertakes to pay for these services.

2. The rules of this chapter apply to contracts for the provision of communication services, medical, veterinary, auditing, consulting, information services, training services, travel services and other services, with the exception of personnel services, as well as services provided under contracts provided for in chapters 32, 34, 35, 39, 41, 43, 44 of this Code.
