1. "Digital government" is a system of digital interaction between government agencies, as well as with individuals and legal entities, based on the integrated use of digital technologies.

2. The "digital government" operates on the basis of the "digital government" architecture.

3. The formation, monitoring of the implementation and development of the architecture of the "digital government" are carried out in accordance with the uniform requirements in the fields of digitalization and cybersecurity and the rules for the formation, development and monitoring of the digital architecture of the state.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
