1. The inviolability of the property of business entities is guaranteed by law.

2. Business entities may own any legally acquired property.

3. Business entities may not be deprived of their property, except by a court decision. Compulsory alienation of property for state needs in exceptional cases provided for by law may be carried out on condition of its equivalent compensation.
