1. The State Forest Fund in the Republic of Kazakhstan belongs to the people of Kazakhstan. On behalf of the people of Kazakhstan, the right of ownership is exercised by the State. At the same time, the exercise of the right of ownership by the State is implemented through the state ownership regime in the interests of the people of Kazakhstan.

The State forest Fund in the Republic of Kazakhstan belongs to the objects of state ownership and is owned by the Republic.

2. Ownership, use and disposal of private forest fund plots are carried out by private forest owners in accordance with this Code and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
