1. The architectural portal of digital objects of the state is a digital object designed to record, store and systematize information about digital objects of the state, digital architecture of the state, platform software products for further use by government agencies for monitoring, analysis and planning in the field of digitalization.

2. Government agencies, state legal entities, quasi-public sector entities, legal entities with fifty percent or more of the voting shares (participation interests) owned directly or indirectly by quasi-public sector entities, as well as other organizations involved in the implementation of government functions and the provision of public services on the architectural portal of digital objects of the state, post information about digital objects and technical documentation for them, they keep records of them and update them in accordance with the rules of formation., development and monitoring of the digital architecture of the state.

3. The list of technical documentation for a digital object is determined by the rules for the formation and monitoring of the implementation of the digital architecture of the state.

The technical documentation is a set of documentation for a digital object, on the basis of which the creation and development of a digital object, as well as its pilot and industrial operation, are carried out.

4. The architectural portal of digital objects of the state operates on the digital infrastructure located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
