1. The functioning of digital facilities of the "digital government" is provided by the operator, a legal entity, determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Operator:

1) performs system maintenance and maintenance of digital infrastructure facilities of the "digital government" in accordance with the list and rules for its formation approved by the authorized body;

2) provides digital services to government agencies and quasi-public sector entities in accordance with the list approved by the authorized body.;

3) develops platform software products for government agencies and quasi-public sector entities;

4) ensures the security of the storage of state digital resources hosted on the digital government platform and in the digital infrastructure of the digital government, when they are stored and processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cybersecurity;

5) provides services for the provision of a "digital government" platform for the development, development and placement of digital objects and (or) platform software products;

6) integrates and connects digital objects of the "digital government" to the gateway of the "digital government" and the national gateway of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as connects digital objects of state bodies to the digital infrastructure of the "digital government";

7) provides connection and communication services for the unified transport environment to subjects of the digital environment designated by the authorized body for the functioning of their digital resources and digital systems.

For the provision of communication services, the Company has the right to involve other persons as subcontractors (co-executors) of services.;

8) creates and develops the digital government platform, a unified transport environment for government agencies;

9) accompanies and carries out system maintenance, project management for the development of the national gateway of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

10) collects, processes, stores, and transmits digital data and digital records on the digital government platform in accordance with data management requirements;

11) involves digital infrastructure facilities of other persons for the development of the digital infrastructure of the "digital government", as well as other persons for the maintenance and system maintenance of digital facilities of government agencies;

12) collects, processes, stores, and transmits digital data and digital records for data analytics in accordance with data management requirements, as well as transfers digital data and digital records to the digital government platform;

13) provides services for the provision of digital infrastructure for the provision of information, reference and consulting services to legal entities;

14) provides data analytics services in accordance with data management requirements;

15) on the basis of information received from the authorized body in the field of personal data protection, notifies personal data subjects about a violation of personal data security or about the processing of personal data by sending information to their personal account on the digital government web portal, the digital government mobile application and (or) to their subscriber number cellular communication in the form of a short text message.
