Article 75. Familiarization of the participant of the Administrative Procedure with the materials of the administrative case administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1.the participant of the Administrative Procedure must be given the opportunity to get acquainted with the materials of the administrative case, both during the consideration of the administrative case and after it, within no later than three working days from the date of filing the application.

2.when familiarizing a participant in an administrative procedure with the materials of an administrative case, an administrative body, an official is obliged to ensure compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state secrets and other secrets protected by law.

3.a participant in an Administrative Procedure has the right, in the process of familiarizing himself with the materials of an administrative case, to copy any information and in any volume, to capture copies of documents, including with the help of scientific and technical means, with the exception of information containing state secrets or other secrets protected by law.
