Article 75. The border (line) of settlements of the Building Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The boundary (line) of a locality defines its territory (urban planning space) and is established (changed) on the basis of an approved master plan or scheme of development and development (simplified master plan) of this locality in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The composition, content and procedure for the development of projects for the boundaries (features) of settlements are determined in accordance with regulatory legal acts, state regulatory documents, and other documents of the authorized body for architecture, urban planning and construction.
3. Projects of borders (lines) of large and large cities can be developed as part of integrated urban planning schemes for territories.
4. The boundary (line) of a locality established on the ground is subject to entry by the local executive body into the national spatial data infrastructure.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
