1. The rights of a legal consultant are not subject to restrictions, except in cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Interference or obstruction of the legitimate activities of a legal consultant entails liability provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. State bodies, local self-government bodies and legal entities are obliged to provide a written response within ten working days to the request of a legal consultant related to the provision of legal assistance to them.

The requested information may be refused to be provided to the legal adviser if the information is classified as restricted information.

3. When executing an accepted assignment, a legal consultant has the right to use computers, smartphones and other technical means necessary for providing legal assistance in court and other state and non-state bodies and organizations in accordance with the procedure established by the procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
