Article 76. Digital event of the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A digital event is a digitally recorded circumstance that has arisen as a result of the actions of a subject of the digital environment or the functioning of a digital object and reflects the parameters of their interaction in the digital environment.
2. Data on digital events is stored during the operation of digital facilities and is used to ensure their operation, provide services and maintain transaction logs, taking into account technical features and limitations.
3. Processing of data on digital events is allowed in cases established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.:
to confirm the legal facts;
in order to ensure the security of the digital environment.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
