1. The digital space of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a section of the personal cabinet on the digital government web portal that provides a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan with access to information about recorded digital events, their viewing, management and use.

2. The operator ensures confidentiality, integrity and the possibility of control by a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan over the use of digital events contained in the digital space.

3. The requirements for the digital space of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan are determined by the authorized body.

4. When requesting digital data of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan from digital objects of the "digital government", the digital objects through which the request is sent are required to generate a digital event about the fact of using such data and transmit it to the digital space of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
