Article 78. Counting of votes in the election of a deputy of the Senate of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The results of the counting of votes in the election of a deputy of the Senate are established at a meeting of the regional, city (city of republican significance and the capital of the Republic) election commission, respectively, held at the polling station.
2. The regional, city (cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic) election commission, based on the results of voting, draws up a protocol for counting votes for the election of a deputy of the Senate, which:
1) it is signed by the chairman and members of the election commission;
2) it is announced at a joint meeting of the electors.;
3) it is sent to the Central Election Commission no more than two days after the election day.
3. Other issues related to determining the result of the vote count are resolved in accordance with the rules established in the General Part of this Constitutional Law.
