1. The Open government is a digital facility that provides access to information about the activities of the state and the participation of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in discussion and decision-making through interconnected Internet portals of open data, open budgets, and open regulatory legal acts.

2. Information is posted on open data Internet portals in accordance with this Code and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on access to information.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
