Article 79. The unified platform of digital resources of state bodies of the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. The unified platform for digital resources of government agencies is a digital platform designed to host digital resources of government agencies.

     2. Government agencies must place digital resources on a single platform of digital resources of government agencies, as well as ensure the accuracy and updating of their content in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on access to information.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
