Article 793. Inspection of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Administrative Offences  

     1. An inspection, that is, a visual inspection of a vehicle, terrain, objects, goods imported into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as documents and living persons transported through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is carried out in order to identify traces of an administrative offense, other tangible objects, as well as circumstances relevant to the preparation of an administrative offense report.

     2. An inspection may be conducted before an administrative offense case is initiated.
