Article 8. Environmental protection of the Ecological Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Environmental protection is a system of measures implemented by the state, individuals and legal entities aimed at preserving and restoring the natural environment, preventing environmental pollution and causing damage in any form, minimizing negative anthropogenic impact on the environment and eliminating its consequences, and ensuring other environmental foundations for sustainable development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
